THE FREE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PERSONALITY OF WOMEN WITH DISABILITIES IN THE EXERCISE OF SEXUAL RIGHTS

Abstract

This article addresses the right to sexuality as an expression of human personality and the violations perpetrated on the body of women with disabilities. It is justified by the need to recognize people with disabilities as equal in respect and consideration and as part of human diversity. The methodology used in preparing the research follows a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory approach; bibliographical, in terms of type; pure, in terms of managing the results, collected from a descriptive-analytical study, developed through theoretical research. As a result, it is understood that the inclusion of people with disabilities must occur in the broadest possible way, which includes recognizing the importance of the full exercise of rights relating to sexuality.
