Abstract

The purpose of this document is to present personal considerations based on the study of the doctrine and its application in international standards and national legislation, with a view to registering actions based on the need to visualize the situation of real disadvantage that workers and workers with family responsibilities from the rest of the staff integrated into the work to guarantee that parental co-responsibility within the family is true and that care is carried out by all family members with the possibility of providing it.

The national regulatory framework is analyzed in its relationship with international standards and the sustainable development goals until 2030 with a gender perspective to achieve equal treatment and opportunities for working mothers.
