The promotion of Human Rights within the scope of the United Nations has been essential for new directions in promoting the guarantee of labor rights, contributions that also come from the International Labor Organization. This research aims to analyze, based on the guiding principles of companies and Human Rights set out by the UN, the duty of promoting workers' rights by companies and the State. Therefore, we have the following research problem: can the company's social responsibility be understood as an international commandment to promote workers' rights? The answer to this research problem will be obtained from the analysis of documents, doctrines and understandings pacified internationally, with the aim of understanding the extent to which the social responsibility of companies and the State can be the subject of demand by the UN.
