Abstract

This article comes within the framework of a research about peruvian systems of constitucional precedents. We aim at a knowledge base as an important theoretical substrate for future comparative studies. The result is a general explanation of the particular and mature way as Peru has regulated the effectiveness of its Constitutional Court decisions, that it´s no coincidence occur under a strong inspiration in the classical doctrine of judicial precedents. In the end, we propose a critical judgment about the object of study.Key-words: Precedent; Constitutional Court; Peru; constitutional jurisdiction.
